Designed with hard wearing stainless steel rings that clip on and off the reins to allow quick and easy attachment.  Attaches to the chest ring of a breastplate to provide additional control by placing downward pressure on reins when the horse's head is raised. 

With 3 points of adjustment and a removable clip for ease of use.
